Challenge

Equip a new 200-lot gated community with FTTH infrastructure, perimeter video surveillance, and intelligent access control.

Solution

We deployed a complete FTTH network with fiber to every lot, installed a CCTV system with 48 cameras covering the perimeter and common areas, and implemented access control with license plate recognition and proximity cards for residents.

Results

The connectivity and security infrastructure became a sales differentiator for the development. Residents benefit from high-speed internet and 24/7 security from day one.
